Shipping Policy

Processing times are 3-5 days and packages are shipped out once a week.

I am not responsible for packages after I have dropped them off with USPS and sent a tracking number! However, if a package is lost please contact me at contact@shopaeranova.com

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be asked to pay additional shipping to have the item reshipped. If you realize you entered your address incorrectly, please contact me at contact@shopaeranova.com so I can correct it before shipping out!


Refund Policy

All sales are final. A majority of the items in my shop are wearable or for personal care which means that I cannot resell anything used by the original buyer. All items are quality checked before being shipped and should have no defects, but if you have any problems when your items arrive please reach out to me at contact@shopaeranova.com

Please inspect your order within 2 days of it being delivered and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
